<BODY BGCOLOR="#FFFFFF"><p> Snug Haven Lakeside Resort<p>The resort is in Harrison, about 15 minutes north of Clare on US-127. We rent five fully furnished housekeeping cottages on Budd Lake, an all-sports lake well known for excellent fishing (including Muskie!). Our newest cottage, completed for Spring 2006, will be wheelchair/scooter accessible. The resort is located on 150 feet of sandy beach. Amenities include an enclosed swimming area for the little ones, a floating dock for fishing and sunbathing, firepit, beach games (including a volleyball net), and assorted unpowered watercraft (kayaks, rowboats, paddlewheel, etc.). Three cottages are multiple story and have covered decks for the occasional rainy day; all cottages are air conditioned and have spacious decks with picnic tables and gas grills. Two have gas fireplaces.
